Harvey Brooker Weight Loss for Men was established in 1985 to offer weight loss support specifically for men when no such support was available. We recognize the unique differences between weight loss for men and women and focus on addressing areas that specifically impact men. While many weight loss programs are available for women, ours is tailored specifically for men. However, if you live with women, they can eat on our plan as well!

The Harvey Brooker program is designed to be affordable, costing approximately the same as a daily cup of coffee. Membership fees vary based on the duration of your commitment and may be covered by private insurance plans. Health and Weight Loss

We welcome men with various weight loss goals, whether you aim to lose 15 lbs or 150+ lbs. It’s important to address poor eating habits and unhealthy behaviors before they get worse.
Our program welcomes men aged 18 and above, with current members ranging from 18 to over 80 years old. It’s never too early or too late to improve your eating habits. For information about our youth discount, please contact us directly.
No, we do not offer injections, pills, or supplements. Our focus is on healthy lifestyle changes rather than quick fixes like weight loss drugs, Ozempic, Wegovy, and other semaglutides that don’t work. We believe in sustainable, long-term health improvements through proper diet and exercise.

Our in-person meetings are held every Sunday from 10 to 11 AM and Tuesday from 7 to 8 PM at 3701 Chesswood Drive, North York, Unit 206. For your convenience, we also offer virtual meetings every Sunday from 10 to 11 AM and Wednesday from 7 to 8 PM.
