You are never too young or too old to fix your eating habits. Our members range from 18 to 80+. Contact us to learn more about our youth discount!

A wide variety of men come to Harvey Brooker, some with the goal of losing 15 LBS and others with the goal of losing 150+ LBS. It’s important to address poor eating habits and unhealthy behaviours before they get worse. 

Absolutely! Harvey Brooker members who have health issues find their condition may greatly improve when following our program. Always consult your doctor before making any changes to your medications and diet if you have serious health conditions.

Whether you want to get rid of, improve, or prevent obesity-related health issues, having a healthy diet is extremely important.

Everybody is different but on average our members see a weight loss of 2-3 LBS every week!

About the Program

Harvey Brooker Weight Loss for Men was established in 1985 with a mission to offer weight loss support to men when no such support was available. We recognize the unique differences between weight loss for men and women and focus on addressing areas of interest and concern that specifically impact men. While there are many weight loss programs available for women, there is only one weight loss program tailored specifically for men.

However, if you live with women they can eat on our plan as well!

Our program focuses on improving bad eating habits and building better health. This can and should include exercise. However, our main area of focus is proper eating. You can’t outrun a bad diet.

100%. Our program is easy to follow, easy to shop for and easy to cook. Eating healthy does not need to be complicated and time-consuming. No matter your living situation, the Harvey Brooker program can work for you.

Our in-person meetings take place every Tuesday from 7 to 8 PM. Our office is located at 3701 Chesswood Drive, North York, Unit 206.

Our virtual meetings take place every Sunday from 10-11 AM and Wednesday from 7 to 8 PM.

The 20/20 Healthy Eating Plan™ is an easy-to-follow, non-restrictive eating program that helps you make the right eating choices. Learn proper proportion control using our unit system and eat healthy proteins, carbs, starches, healthy fats, fruits, vegetables, dairy, and more.

Not at all! Cooking on the Harvey Brooker program is easy and simple. Learn how to cook and prepare easy and delicious meals. Many of our members have zero cooking experience.

If someone else is doing the cooking, they’ll have no problem cooking and shopping on our plan!
