I joined Harvey Brooker Weight for Men on May 2021. I weighed 242 lbs and felt desperate. With a diabetes 2 diagnosis and other health issues, I needed help. It is now March 2024. I have lost 75 lbs and maintaining my weight going on 2 years now. I feel healthier both physically and mentally. I no longer take medications to control my diabetes. The program works. I don't normally review things, but I gotta give 5 stars to the Brooker program. I joined in 2015 and lost 160 lbs thanks to their fantastic approach to helping me understand my relationship with food. I run a YouTube channel that involves aviation, and I always found it challenging to stand outside for long periods of time taking pictures and videos. After getting healthy with Harvey Brooker, I now find it easier to do outdoor activities, and I even decided to sign up for flight lessons, now that I can easily fit inside small airplanes. I really don't think that I'd be able to do this without the program. This program saved my life. The Harvey Brooker program is a common sense, no nonsense, no gimmicks program for men only where we meet once a week to hear educational information and a motivational talk, and hear stories from other men who've lost lots of weight. Some guys there have lost over a hundred pounds just by following the program, which is basically a food plan, coupled with the motivational guidance and support you get each week. I can’t say enough about how much I’ve learned and changed my life.

I joined the Harvey program last fall. It's not a trendy diet thing, it's a bunch of guys getting together to deal with a common issue. I have thoroughly enjoyed my 7 month experience at Harvey Brooker. I have lost over 30lbs and feel I am being educated and supported to be successful at not gaining new weight back. I joined Harvey Brooker on December 1, 2022 with the of losing 50 lbs. and reducing my blood sugar levels. The slow and deliberate process yielded constant results. I reached my weight goal in May, 2023. As a Type II diabetic my goal was to get my A1C level below 7.0. My best reading in 25 years was 7.8. In March of 2023 my reading was 6.8. In September 2023 my reading was 6.4. Thanks to Harvey Brooker I am maintaining my weight and controlling my blood sugar levels. As a maintainer, I am always welcome at Harvey Brooker and their continuous gratis support.

For me, Harvey Brooker Weight Loss for Men is the only program that is designed to condition you to keep the weight off even after you have lost it. Many weight loss programs help you to shed the pounds. HB helps you achieve this too, but goes much further. It teaches and conditions you to change your relationship with food in a healthy way. Harvey Brooker Weight Loss for Men is more than a weight loss clinic, it is a Lifestyle change clinic. I am a 69-year-old Type 2 diabetic and have struggled to control my glucose levels for 27 years.
