The Harvey Brooker Program

Our program is simple, effective, and has helped thousands of Toronto men lose weight and make healthier eating a reality.

The 3 Step Process

Step 1:
The Eating Plan

New members quickly familiarize themselves with our 20/20 Healthy Eating Plan. This plan was created by Harvey Brooker and has helped thousands of men achieve their weight loss goals.

  • The plan is based on an easy-to follow unit system broken up into food groups.
  • Members are allotted a generous number of units from different categories per day. Know exactly what to eat, when to eat it, and in which amounts. Never go hungry.
  • Develop lifelong eating habits by learning portion control, strategic grocery shopping, and smart cooking.  
  • No supplements. No starvation. Only proper eating and a sustainable lifestyle.

Step 2:
Support, Accountability & Community

Members find support and accountability in a team of weight loss professionals and a community of men going through the same weight loss journey. Members are encouraged to:

  • Attend weekly meetings to stay on track, to hold yourself accountable and to remain consistent. Consistency is the key to weight loss. Make this a regular part of your week.
  • Meet guys who are all (or were) on the same weight loss journey. We have seen great results using group support.
  • Pick up the phone if we call you for missing meetings. Allow us to help you stay accountable to yourself.
  • Take part in 1-to-1 sessions with our health coaches to develop a personalized plan for success.

Step 3:
Maintenance & Free Lifelong Membership

When members achieve their goal weight, they move onto the maintenance phase of the program. 

  • The unfortunate reality is that weight loss isn’t permanent. This phase puts a stop to the weight loss, weight gain cycle.
  • Members who maintain their goal weight have access to the Harvey Brooker program free of charge, for life. 
  • Maintainers continue having access to weekly meetings and our members-only site. 
  • The consistent attendance of maintainers at our weekly meetings is a testament to the life-changing impact the Harvey Brooker community has made on their lives.

Virtual Membership

A virtual membership gives you access to:

  • Our 20/20 Healthy Eating Plan.
  • Convenient weekly virtual meetings held on Zoom.
  • Accountability and support from all our staff.
  • Members-only website with a wide array of weight loss resources, meeting recordings, recipes, and more.
